      Pros

      The company culture is genuinely healthy and positive, living up to the #deel-speed phrase in the best way possible. There's a strong emphasis on support and improvement, driven largely by my amazing Team Lead. They are supportive, highly understanding, and consistently encourage me (and the team) to always improve and take on new challenges. In addition to the excellent work environment, the pay is competitive and the flexible working hours make achieving a good work-life balance straightforward.

      Cons

      Honestly, nothing comes to mind at the moment. The company has successfully addressed all the typical friction points (tools, culture, leadership, pay) that developers often face.

      Pros

      -very good pay (got 100% increase from my previous job) -very autonomous (no time in, time out; just deliver output) -very good culture of working with other departments -fully remote -management is very approachable

      Cons

      -People always talk about Deel speed like it's a bad thing. Sure, you are expected to be efficient and effective in what you do and to be a fast learner at Deel. However, you are also provided the necessary support to produce what is expected. You are compensated well so it's worth it. There's also a culture of being problem solvers (not blaming) which means people you work with understand when you make mistakes and find ways to improve and move forward.
