Pros
From the first reach out to offer letter, the entire interview process was fast and furious; all wrapped up with an offer in under a week! All interviewers came in prepared for their interview and I could tell that there was strategy and thought put behind every question that was posed. I'm now three days into the role and the pace by which this company moves is even quicker than their interview process. On boarding, equipment, tools and systems...all a BREEZE. The Deel platform itself is so easy to use and you can see first hand why the company is successful. Everyone has been extremely friendly and knowledgable. A safe space was created immediately for me to come in and ask the questions needed in order to be successful.
Cons
It's too soon to tell. I still don't have a full understanding of my benefits and I'm waiting to hear back. So far it's smooth sailing however.
