5yAt Deel, we’re always looking for ways to scale and grow. At times the environment can be a fast pace one. It comes with working at a startup. As we continue to grow and build the team, we’re always looking for ways to improve efficiency and help employees do their best work without feeling burn out.
We appreciate the feedback and will explore more ways to help advocate for those looking to balance their workloads across borders and timezones. We take these things to heart and look forward to improving on a process that helps our team feel like they can shut-off when their workday is complete.
