      - incredible, industry changing product - amazing leadership, top to bottom - huge growth opportunity, company is growing at an unbelievable rate, so much opportunity across the board - flexible, remote environment - best group of people I have ever worked with

      Pros

      Right now, Deel is in a rare category of companies. A) The product and service are miles ahead of any competitor (for sales, it's a dream) B) The total addressable market is massive (and growing) C) Everyone on the team is wicked smart and truly gifted at what they do (product deployments, process updates etc. happen at lightning speed) I've worked for some great YC-backed companies but this one takes the cake. Couldn't be happier.

      Cons

      A company growing at break-neck speed is always going to experience pain as it builds out processes, but the team is well equipped to solve really hard problems as we grow
