      -The team is amazing! Smart and diverse. None of the white tech bro stuff -Truly flexible work set-up makes you feel like you control your life not your job -Great product market fit means when you give it your 100% market gives back 150% -Very diverse and everybody shows up as their true self -Tons of opportunity to grow -The CEO truly sees everyone as his team members. Not top down. -Respect for expertise, no micromanaging

      -Few in person opportunities to hang out with coworkers -High pressure (not a con depending on personality)

      Fast-moving and tremendous product. Solving a historically painful process with a product that really works is incredibly satisfying. Amazing people, global team. You really feel like you are a part of something special.

      Cons

      The same thing that makes life at Deel so exciting could be stressful for some. We move FAST!!!!
