      Pros

      The work-life balance here is genuinely excellent - everyone respects your time, and the work-from-home setup makes it easy to stay productive while maintaining a healthy personal life. What really impressed me is how skilled everyone is at their job. The engineering team knows how to build great product, and it's not just them – the POs, Leads, and everyone else are equally talented. Everyone brings real expertise to the table. The team culture is supportive and collaborative. People actually help each, people genuinely look for ways to improve things day by day. Overall, it's a healthy environment with smart, passionate people who are good at what they do.
