      Always work to be done Internal team members are genuine people

      Cons

      Unauthentic collaboration leads to teams trying to outshine others and throwing others under the bus. Bosses only care about the company, not the actual people involed (everyone is disposable as other people are “dying” to join) Worked understaffed for a full year without a pay raise, title change or anything positive - just more work and headaches.
