In my entire 15 years of working, its a first time where I hear of an exec (CEO) approving leave of everyone in the organisation, as long its 7+ days. What a waste of time!!! No priorities, whatsoever. Priorities change everyday. Its not only priorities that change daily, job titles and responsibilities change on a weekly basis. As much as AI is changing how we work and becoming deeply integrated into our daily lives, this company appears to be overly reliant on it, which could backfire negatively in the long run.

Sick days are counted from total PTO days They terminate people like its nothing no exit package. No benefits. No career growth opportunities. They just change title with no added money. Overworked and they have crazy expectations like you are forced to work weekends etc. overall extremely bad experience and bad place to work. They also hire special needs people just to get inclusion certificate then terminate them later.
