      Pros

      Deel offers a quite unique environment where you can grow and learn a lot. Where you can also have huge impact with a lot of customers. Something special to me is that we work on a product that we also use daily, this gives you a critical point of view on the product you are developing.

      Cons

      You feel the Deel speed on our daily work. I love it but I also understand that not everyone is okay with it.
