      Pros

      Deel is growing fast but is also maturing as an enterprise and setting high standards in engineering quality. It is adapting to AI usage rapidly and welcomes innovation and creativity from any function in the company. Many many very talented professionals can be found in all of the company's departments as global hiring opens the door to top talent all over the world. Bottom line - Deel is working!

      Cons

      Can be intense so not for everyone. Remote work has it's downsides (could use some office coffee chat every now and then).
