      Deel excels at setting the tone from day one; the onboarding process is exceptionally well-organized and welcoming. There is a palpable sense of unity across the global team, and it’s rewarding to work alongside people who are genuinely committed to the company’s mission. The "Deel speed" is real—the pace is fast, but it’s motivating to see everyone rowing in the same direction toward clear, ambitious goals.

      Cons

      While the company moves fast, the internal restructuring can be abrupt. For instance, I experienced a departmental move with only 24 hours' notice. This has led to significant ambiguity regarding my current job title and core responsibilities, making it difficult to measure success or plan a long-term career path here.
