Nice colleagues and overall okay ish environment for daily work.

Cons

management is unprofessional and pretty toxic. HR makes us fill surveys but does not implement changes and also implements weird rules. Also, my manager does not have any related experience to my role but somehow became my manager. Will get mad if things don’t go his way, picking on too many stuff while not looking at the big picture.
