Management was toxic and turnover was near instant. They hired horrible managers that would treat people like garbage and create a hostile unrewarding working environment, and upper management protected them throwing the entire team under the bus. They would criticize without offering any insight, mock and demean teammembers in front of the team and customers, ignore all schedule needs and make it as hard as possible for students to attend class or athletes to play their sports (which they oficially claim not to do). We had managers shout and demean new employees in front of the entire team day 1 making them cry, hostile individuals using sarcastic theats of physical violence, that nobody took seriously but were still unpleasant, managers mocking and demeaning their best employees for no reason in front of customers and on the comms system and an HR department only protecting perpetrators and a new store director that did not care at all.
