Pros

It was a fun team to work with, the products were also interesting. I got an allowance per month that was nice too

Cons

way too many. management sucked, never listened to the team kept on making stupid changes. kept on hiring new people even when the current employees didnt get enough hours to work. kept changing layout of the store almost every month so you never got used to it. customers sucked, always made everything so messy it was impossible to clean up. The store was way too big for what it sold, made it impossible to manage properly. the allowance was nice but they made it so confusing to access and get the refund it was almost not worth it, and it took so long to process the reimbursement as well. supervisors never did any work but expected 2-3 people to completely clean and manage the whole store. there were never enough people on shifts as well, they would keep like 4 people on weekdays where it was super busy and we could never keep up with the crowd, and that was with a couple of supervisors being absolutely useless, so realistically only 2 people were working, horrible place to work except the team.

Pros

Some good people to work with Good products and potential for company mission.

Cons

> no career development > minimal training opportunities due to leadership not wanting to invest > poor management of underperforming staff > higher focus on international staff for service positions, minimal opportunity for local team-mates (very selective) > hard work is not rewarded > high level of responsibilities compared to other retailers with alot of pressure and minimal support. > company culture is not family like anymore. The draw points of being a human company no longer exists. > everything is about Sydney no opportunities for Melbourne- Melbourne is where the strong profiles are but they dont listen to local team-mates.
