Pros

Pay was good enough. Fellow floor staff were easy to work with. Easy to get to.

Cons

Management were absent 60% of the time. Either on a third holiday in 2 months or in a meeting. I had been put under the impression that I had stolen a work phone from the store for 2 weeks, only to have it mysteriously show up on the last day with no legitimate evidence about who handed it in. Easy to get blamed for not operating the newest French software that was always breaking down.
