Pros

Great working atmosphere, colleagues are nice, good company culture. Rich internal activities, such as festival celebration, farewell parties.... Give u chances to try new jobs with no background or experience requirements.

Cons

People are not so professional no matter in which areas. They prefer to promote store staff to office first, however those people might lack of professionalism. As long as you are good at sports, you will get a big chance to be promoted, no matter if you have the capability to do the job or not.

Pros

Staff are usually very friendly and good working relationships can be made. If you 'fit the bill' and live, eat, breathe and swear by the company, and vow to be there forever, you could, possibly, 'make it'. Good flexibility with rotas. Good bonuses.

Cons

Inexperienced higher management who lack people management skills and the ability to motivate. Poor training and little desire from the company to put time and effort into people. Poor and unclear strategy and regulations regarding customer satisfaction.

Pros

The working atmosphere is good. Most of people here are kind and friendly. People are allowed to make mistakes. However, the reason why people are allowed to make mistakes is because most of time they are not good at what they are doing. The worst part is the leaders are very UNPROFESSIONAL. If you are very junior, say just graduated from school, it's fine. If you are a person with several working experiences, it's not a good place to develop your career. And the salary is lower than the average one in its industry.

Cons

Internal communication is very bad. Most of team leaders are French. They are not open-minded and not willing to accept the reality that they need to learn new things to be able to keep up with the fast moving world.
