Amaze by how they believe strongly in their employees, everyone live and work with the same purpose + same values, that is what makes us strong! The company also very generous to take care of all the employees' wellbeing, where they are one of the first few (if not the first) to include insurance coverage for part-timers as well!

Cons

Workload and expectations is high, but that is also what drive us to become better and stronger.

- benefit is the same fulltime or part time - can negotiate schedule with leader - active / sports person environment - can make own decision making in businees planning - eventhough for retail it have a lot of benefit medical, optical, staff purchase

Cons

- always need to cover the floor and shift even when my days off - high workload and expectation from leader amd store leader - too much jobscope / store too big / peoduct too many for only 1 person to cover a whole department
