Take Low cost to the next level, expect to do anything and everything required, right from customer negotiations to sweeping the floor, which in itself is not necessarily a bad thing, but in the name of cost cutting is a terrible waste of resources. an analogy would be using a supercomputer to add 2 and 2. Your targets are preset at the beginning of the year where your say does not matter at all, and the same will be non negotiable/ changeable, regardless of changing market condition's stock levels. Bonus seems very exciting in the initial offer, but the criteria are multiple and you realize at the end of the day that most of them are out of your control. Middle/upper management is completely expat based, with growth from within the local ranks being minimal to non existent. have worked with some of the most brilliant people from various backgrounds, but have seen them leave time and time again with a bitter taste in their mouth.
