- Excellent Culture and Employee relations - Learn what true customer service is all about - Learn how to develop and manage a business by managing the entire department from human to financial management on your own

Cons

- Work-Life balance is poor but it really doesn't matter as this age to work hard and tirelessly - Recruiting of employees while seeking core values has degraded to a very low level - Zone management is busy impressing French Management while incurring unnecessary expenses.
