Good opportunity to learn some technical aspects of bikes, paid for training days.

Cons

Very condescending staff, completely unorganised, staff have no interest in products, limited care for consumers, completely inadequate training prior to working on the shop floor.

Pros

Fun to work in a sporting environment. You get to meet some cool customers and generally the staff are very nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

Wage was £4.50 per hour until I turned 18, it then went up to £4.98 per hour. You had to do quite a lot of work for your money and often the store seemed understaffed.
