- Work environment is great. There is no chain of command which is expected and everyone at a senior position is very approachable to voice your thoughts - Very autonomous in any profile.

Cons

- Lack of credibility and ownership when things go south. - Salary structure is confusing, as experience does not count for too much, during the interview process.
