Actually, the best part was working with the brides. I really enjoyed making their day special and most of them were very sweet.

Cons

Too much pressure on sales. Having to cut staff labor constantly made it difficult for these young ladies to get a decent paycheck. My husband went in the hospital with a life-threatening condition and there was no one to cover me. Since I was a manager, I had to stay for a couple hours until someone came and replaced me. I was afraid my husband was going to die. They did not care. So much for happily ever after. They only care about the now.

great relationship with coworkers. some managers were understanding and supportive.

Cons

I made 11.75 when i worked there. I did a LOT of work and did not get anything back from it. They place their stylists above anything else and pay them so much more. I also was up for a lead csr promotion but it was given to a stylist that had no customer service experience.
