      Pros

      They work with your schedule Finding dresses for girls can be fun You get a discount so maybe get a job before you have to purchase yourself a wedding gown then quit after you buy

      Cons

      Everything else. The pay is god awful for stylists. Unless you are in a high volume location and even then you could work at target or Walmart and maybe make more. It’s basically minimum wage because their commission is a joke. If you want a job for fun and don’t have bills to pay or don’t care about money this is for you.

      Rewarding working with brides, finding their dream dresses, helping them to feel beautiful. Great value for the money.

      Cons

      Huge expectations from Stylists who are spread way too thin, would do better if they could work one on one, not two, or three on one, with limited time constraints.
