Awesome people, great environment, beautiful dresses, decent paying job for part time, decent commission if sales targets are hit, good for those who like to socialize and to be in the fashion/bridal industry.

Cons

Strict policies, emotionally & physically draining, need to understand bridal fashion trends, lots of cleaning after store hours, high expectations on their consultants regarding customer service and product knowledge.

Pros

The pros of this position is that I get to be a part of several brides magical moment. It allows me to provide a one stop shop experience from picking the dress, shoes, accessories, and everything else that could make her day special.

Cons

The base pay is not as high as I would like for it to be. The money comes from commission and sometimes it can be challenging when brides are indecisive and cost is a major factor.
