      Not a good company culture, no real employee recognition, low pays

      - it was a stable work environment during the pandemic, - the environment is dynamic - office spaces were pleasant

      Cons

      - lack of communication between departments - lack of motivation brought by management & HR - lack of HR involvement in improving the culture - lowest pay on the market - unreasonable targets that are never achieved - conflicting KPi's that prevent from reaching targets. - management imposed strategies that change ever so often. - lack of support coming from the Backoffice departments
