      - you can find here nice people that can always help you - depending on the team you work in, you'll have the opportunity to work with many technologies

      Cons

      - your efforts as QA will not count because they're not so focused on this department, and you'll be forced to make a move on software development if you want to increase your income

      I'm part of a great team that supports each other and have a lot of laughs while doing it. As far as i've seen this tends to be the usual atmosphere across development teams.
