Lots of opportunities to be seen if you work hard enough and are not too modest about it. Good work-life balance if you are not too lasy to do your job in time. Easy to grow if you have good relations with your boss.

Cons

Sometimes too burocratic, but probably it is common for all big companies. Salary and compensations could be better. Stressfull
