      Pros

      - They do care about their employees, several rewards (free lunch, Danone day, award ceremony, etc) - Positive work atmosphere - Employee discount - Great values

      Cons

      Some employees should not work there but because of the union's power they will never be fired.

      Pros

      Learning opportunities that everyone has. Lots of responsibility from day 1 and no or little micro Management. Super Nice people. Everyone supports the other and no back stabbing. Interesting projects and active participants.

      Cons

      The amount of people could be bigger. High level of engagament leads to everyone working a lot more than good in the long run.
