I loved that I had autonomy, the company was very flexibility and my deliveries were recognized and rewarded all the time.

Cons

At the same time you have autonomy you are accountable, so the pressure can be too high sometimes. Also, many times when someone quits or gets fired, that person is not replaced, so the extra work load is divided among current employees.
