      Pros

      Stress level not too high, good work life balance, not strict at all in procedures, a lot of employees can do what they like. Good job for a transition period.

      Cons

      A messy place that lacks talented people. No clear goals. Frequent changes of directions. Favoritism, certainly not the smartest guys that are offered the best career paths. Personal development plans are a joke. I have seen a lot of talented colleagues leaving in a short time, once they see through this company policy.

      Great PTO, Generous salary, inspired mission statement

      Cons

      Lacking employee support from HR partner. HR did not provide training for new roll. HR used the merger to fire older employees to hire under 35 yrs old. Very cutthroat and political in open office. Too many cliques. Bullying by manager and HR.
