      Exciting products with lots of growth potential Incredible benefits (vacation, compensation) Constant change, lots of flexibility

      Cons

      The integration with WW has been really hard. People put into positions they weren't ready for, uneven workloads, impossible workloads, huge differences in compensation and benefits. Other cons - to advance you must be willing to relocate and probably to NY. It is a young organization. Minimal training as most employees start at larger CPG companies first. Lotus Notes. So much busy work - especially for the sales people.

      - good basic salary and package vs french FMCG market - high level of responsabilities - though environment which enable young/mid manager to quickly discover real corporate life - ability to strongly anticipate business trends

      Cons

      - big gap between great HR values of previous Danone of the 90's and 2000's and the though reality of the current Danone (huge workload, selfish management, no HR vision in the long run) - french leaders, french leadership teams and lack of international talents
