Pros
The overall staff at Danone were great and friendly. Free yoghurt, drinks and Bupa cover.
Cons
I had a manager who appeared as "supportive" but actually was setting me up for failure. Given no training in this new role and then expected to know everything about the building and how everything works. When I asked for help, I was ignored right to my face so got to the point where my mental health was being affected. Spoke with my manager about this and just made everything worse. Put me on a Danone "emotional intelligence " course what a joke and she obviously did that to make herself look like a good manager on paper. I then called her manager to get some support and she was already on her side and didn't even give me a chance to speak so I handed in my notice.
