      Good company to learn and to start with Great culture and helpful people Dynamic company accompanied with a lot of work

      Cons

      - No work life balance ( people work like slaves especially after implementing the inefficient rolling forecast process) - Career growth is limited - Priority always for french to grow - Cost cutting (mainly overheads) - They are not growing anymore even after the new acquisitions (White wave, Africa) both are doing bad - They do meetings and work on presentations more than focusing on the business itself - Poor management

      Limited career advance for certain job scope. Job demands most of the time and not enough flexibility to take leaves for certain job scope.
