      Pros

      Good environment to build the career for young. Employee soccer world cup is held every other year and if your CBU is profitable enough, you could travel for tornament.

      Cons

      Always changing in last minuets. Company wants to be a sole winner and do not consider about the business partner such as Vendors.

      There's a lot of passion within the walls of the company, and folks are trying to do good work. Opportunity for global roles and movement across brands.

      Cons

      SO DISORGANIZED. There's a saying within the company "believe chaos over conspiracy" but it feels more like laziness. There are clear issues that are not being addressed which includes: not doing well to cultivate and grow talent, lack of innovation, and it's run entirely by white men with a particular favoritism for French or Argentinian men.
