- gives room for employees to develop and learn as their aspirations - good package and benefits, health benefits is top notch - good work life balance compared to other cpg companies

Cons

- organization is super agile, structure change happen frequently - you will be more worth it to the management when you're about to leave... (same as other companies I guess?) - efficiency everywhere, you don't know what will be cut off next year

I was lucky to have been exposed to a lot of learning opportunities. As long as you’re highly motivated there’s nothing to stop you. Many women are leading the team and it’s been great working with them.

Cons

There may not have been enough training opportunities but good for people with an independent mindset
