      - good values, human at the heart of the company values - focus on circular economy and getting rid of plastic

      - decision making process very long - 10 years delay in digital and new technologies

As we acknowledged that leadership values and sustainable development are of great importance to our people and our business, we are happy to see that you experienced this in a positive way. We are aware that IT tools are a challenge for us and we are working on this topic. For example, we launched an internal project “Digitally fluent” and our IT and Transformation teams work on updating our IT infrastructure. We made some big steps, but we know we are not there yet, especially not in the fast changing IT landscape. Thank you once again for taking your time to evaluate Danone!

Yet, we are awere of the fact that our processes are not perfect. We continuously are looking for the right balance between freedom for creativity, agility and processes.
