      Not for those wanting career progression

      Pros

      For those more advanced in their careers, Danone can be fine, even a decent choice. One can easily dedicate your time to PowerPoint presentations and congratulate colleagues on the impact. The global office in Amsterdam has some great talent, and the pay is on par with many other similar companies.

      Cons

      For those wanting to progress it is impossible to know what is expected of you. Every year whilst I was there there was a restructure, and not once did the key talent stay. They either lost their jobs, moved back to local roles or had enough. It helps immensely if you're French, otherwise, you shouldn't bother.

      Pros

      Danone give me good work-life balance so I can focus on family. It is easy to get the bonus (CODI team keeps very low OGSM for themselves).

      Cons

      There is new changes every day because the entire leadershp team is so indecisive. To avoid conflict, no one speaks or decides or raises concern. This is why so many issues in market.

      Danone Turkey Completely Sucks

      Pros

      It's an entreprenurial company when compared with other multinationals in Turkey, the compensation package is similar to other multinationals.

      Cons

      You can't talk about the leadership qualities of Danone Turkey because there is no such thing. A lot of people have been fired due to operational issues and leadership team can't handle this operation. There is too much frustration within the company, basically non-Danone people are not wellcome in here. If you are thinking about coming to Danone Turkey think twice
