HR is not supportive, all very superficial people

Beware, this is an extremely toxic culture. The people promoted and put in leadership positions are horrible leaders who verbally abuse and harass others in the organization on a regular basis, both behind closed doors and in meetings. HR is well aware and does nothing about it other than tell you to work on "building better relationships." It's hard to build a relationship with someone who is misogynistic, condescending, and goes out of his way to undermine you every step of the way. And this isn't one person, but multiple people at the c-suite level. And those that speak up either have their role scopes reduced or are managed out of the organization. This has been a consistent pattern over the past few years but has gotten much worse recently.
