A lot of overtime

- very disorganized, weak or non-existent processes, poorly defined areas of responsibility, which results in unnecessary stress - the local Board delegates very little decision-making power - decisions postponed endlessly and usually taken too late, which results in poorly prepared and poorly executed plans - lots of corporate politics - low accountability, poor performance often tolerated, people often push their duties onto co-workers - lots and lots of meetings - overtime - poor annual evaluation process, poor correlation between performance and pay raises - no long-term or even mid-term planning, everything is a surprize - increasing number of annoying corporate rituals and propaganda
