      Pros

      Change is a constant in the company. It is a place where you will be challenged every day to deliver more, fast and with high quality.

      Cons

      The company changes faster than people that work there. We have to syncronize it.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is nice, the coworkers were also relaxed and open. Some of them have a high work attitude and are really committed to their jobs

      Cons

      HR was somewhat unfriendly, the whole process seems inefficient and the accounting is often done manually due to lacking excel skills. Moreover, there was also some talking behind backs

      It was a positive experience. I was challenged everyday and worked with a mission-critical system with daily commits.

      Very strong Teamwork and organization A friendly and challenging place Constant learning Good culture

      Cons

      Not much opportunity to grow in carreer (although not null) Salary and benefits could be better (it was the reason for leaving, I received a better proposal) It's Rocket Internet, so you are not creating anything, just copying working business models
