      Thank you for the 4-star review, however it would seem you have the wrong company. DWS is an Australian IT consultancy, do not have a 'Director of Finance' role, and have no staff in the USA.

      Pros

      Working at DWS was a rewarding experience primarily due to the supportive environment fostered by great colleagues. The company offers an above-market salary which is competitive and fair, and the certification bonus policy incentivizes professional growth. While I was made redundant, the transparency in the redundancy process was commendable, with clear communication at every step.

      Cons

      One area for improvement is the absence of a paid parental leave policy, which is becoming standard in many workplaces. This could enhance employee satisfaction and support work-life balance. Additionally, there is potential to utilize on-bench resources more effectively by creating internal projects, which could boost morale and skill development during downtime.
