Whilst we appreciate the time you've taken to make a review, you may have the wrong DWS. The DWS Group in Australia hasn't ever employed a part-time sales rep.

Pros

Good salary grade depending on your experience - from anywhere around the world.

Cons

1. Fire you in 1 day notice - i was given 1 hour on my last day at work on a friday Does not inform client on why and when they fire you - impacting the project. 2. Lack of respect among the customers as they have a prejudice against DWS consultant - wonder why? Pls refer to above reason. 3. Introverts beware - you wont have any space or respect from the management or Senior consultants. 4. No Company values are adhered by the management, the values are just there to sell their business
