1. They don’t provide employer funded parental leave. Which all other consultancy companies I’ve previously worked for and currently working with provide. 2. The Melbourne HR doesn’t not follow fair work rules and tries to get you to apply for leaves on bench. Otherwise also very manipulative and tries to show that you are being petty if you do not agree with them. 3. They don’t care about you once you are at the client site. You feel like an independent contractor at the client site. 4. Constant fear on unemployment when on bench. 5. There are no bonuses or yearly salary increments. 6. The annual review is just a formality, you never hear back from them (how would they know anything when they forget you once you are at the client’s office ) 7. The ceo packed his bags quickly when hack bought the company and the communication to employees was very poor. The weekly meetings were redundant and lacked and real information. 8. No real opportunity to grow within the company (very craft paperwork and drawings but nothing is actually applied or applicable to you when you join) 9.
