      Pros

      Work wise DWS is a good consultancy with good approachable leadership and above average pay. Other nice benefits are: -Regular breakfasts and events through social club. -Free access to Toastmasters club. -Rewards for learning and certifications. -Salary sacrifice and novated lease benefits. -Corporate tie-ups for insurance and home loans.

      Cons

      -The pay advertised is including super which can be confusing. -Not many projects on cloud technologies currently, but work is being done to remedy that.

      Good company and management. Very flexible working environment.

      You’ll get to assign in different clients. You can’t choose clients.

      Thank you for your 4-star review. Great to read the positives you have listed about DWS management and the flexible working environment. Regarding choosing clients, though not typically possible due to project timelines - if there is the opportunity for a Consultant to have input, this is definitely sought.
