3yThank you very much for your 5-start review! Great to read your positives about working here. DWS does indeed allow our Consultants to be in control of their own career progression - while we do suggest to many that we feel they are ready for the next step up, we would never push this on anyone, as some are happy where they are & may not want (or be in a position) to take on the additional responsibilities that a higher role would bring.
