      Pros

      Cutlure is outstanding and the values hold true from the highest level of the company to the lowest as one of the values of the company is that there are no levels. No titles, just every employee on the same level every day. The company may be large, but each regional office feels small, integrated, and connected similar to a small company.

      Cons

      Job Description and tasks seems to vary but not far off the true title. A structure behind each role would be helpful for new employees.
