DPR has good coworkers. They respect work-life balance.

Cons

They hire new employees making more than loyal, experienced employees. I realize the market is tough and they need more people, but they should have the integrity (especially since it’s a core value) to bump up the loyal employees that have more experience.

The company has so many unique and exciting opportunities and important missions and challenges. Great people, fun working environment, rewarding on many levels. High level of transparency and real dedication to core values (Integrity, Enjoyment, Uniqueness, Ever Forward!)

Cons

The first few months can be a challenge to acclimate to the environment as it's different than other similarly sized construction companies.
