      Pros

      Flat organization. No boundaries. Plenty to do for a self starter. Great group of people. Willingness to try new things. Fix issues and work hard. Great learning experience.

      Cons

      Still in the same place. No scaffolding of processes, both on jobsites and offices. Chaotic. Reinventing the wheel every single time, whether it is on the jobsite or office. Teams are staffed thin and worked to the bones. That does not help process or discipline. No strategy for growth and how to scale.

      Total freedom to do what you think needs to be done. Complete trust in your ability to get the job done.

      Cons

      Total freedom means very little structure and feedback. This can be hard for people who require lots of guidance or feedback as it sometimes can feel like no one cares what you do.
