Though our shared leadership model means we do not emphasize a typical hierarchical structure, it does not mean you do not have someone to report to or someone to go to if you need help, as manager-direct report relationships do exist. Not great at developing and retaining mid career people. There is a lack of seasoned PMs in the Austin Business Unit.
