      Pros

      Truly feel like a family member at DPR. The people are what make this company what it is. Fair wages, opportunities to grow on the path that you desire and colleagues that work hard for each other.

      Promotions are typically a little behind, work the new role for a while, then officially get the promotion...

      Pros

      The company overall has ambitious goals and great idea of what they want their culture to be. Very social, lots of parties.

      Cons

      Highly disorganized outside of the corporate offices, so that means on a project team you are bound to deal with a lot of this chaos, so it is highly dependent on who's team you're in. Not everyone buys in to the company's principles and culture which is hugely problematic and at the end of the day, this company is just another GC, and you will just be another cog in their money machine who they will work like you have no other purpose in life.
